Steve Capel MBA, FHEA is an accredited advanced executive coach supporting people in leadership roles who are having to balance work and home life, look after their own teams and also progress their careers in these challenging and unpredictable times.

Steve has spent many years in senior global roles in the healthcare sector and spends part of his time teaching senior leaders in coaching, leadership and strategy at the University of Portsmouth.

For Camscoach, Steve offers 1:1 executive coaching, career coaching, team coaching  and consultancy.  

He also designs and runs workshops with Chrissie, which blends coaching, consulting and LSP.
