What does LSP® add to a team workshop ?
LSP® has been added to CAMSCOACH as we identified a gap. There are similarities in techniques used by us in the past with flip-chart and post-it® on top of team coaching and system thinking techniques. However, these techniques reside mostly in the thinking space and not the doing space, this is exhausting for some people. Overthinking leads to under-doing, with LSP® you simply build and instinct takes over. It is remarkable.
