Service Description
This is our core programme, our evidence so far in running this, is that 5 sessions over 6 weeks is about right to deeply understand how you can create the conditions to be your best self and remain that way. Coaching is a process rather than a fix. The time in these sessions and between the sessions help you to observe and reflect on your incremental shifts in daily life. Reflecting together with the coach is a key element to becoming and remaining in your best state. The best is defined by you. Typically this manifests itself in managing reactions, prioritisation and smarter decision making. We work primarily in the transformational realm of values, identity and purpose. If you wish to find out more, book a 30 minute free session on the site and if you choose to proceed after that we will send and estimate based on what needs were discussed. We believe that a multi-session programme with supported breaks is most effective, our charging model reflects this. For every 3 sessions booked we add another 30 minute free extension. A simple example would be book 6 sessions, you would only pay for 5. We will work together to make best use of the hours booked. If you have already had a free session and you have decided to proceed, please contact us and we can send a coaching agreement and estimate over for your consideration.
